David Clemson has been the only agent I have turned to with the sale and purchase of my 5 homes over the past 20 years. He is more than a real estate agent. He cares about me and my home investments, and shows it by focusing on the details and making sure the often complicated transactions are completed. I have recommended David to many of my friends and will continue to do so because I believe in his work ethics and character.

First, David helped us sell our townhouse in Huntington Beach. Second, he helped us find our home in Yorba Linda. He is very familiar with the areas of Placentia and Yorba Linda. He has lived and worked there most of his life and has many ties to the community. His knowledge was helpful when we were searching for our future home. He was patient with us when he was well aware we were "simply looking and doing our homework" by viewing properties. He was able to give me "local" background information about neighborhoods, both pros and cons for various properties, and suggestions to help us in deciding when to make offers or when to simply wait. He knows his business and never pushed us to make decisions. He gave us space to review our own thoughts and yet was readily available when we needed him to answer questions or look into a property. We are thrilled with our new home! We were very fortunate to have had David Clemson as our realtor in order to become the proud owners of such a great home in a wonderful neighborhood. David is a true Real Estate Pro! He comes along side you as a partner and seeks to understand what your needs and hopes look like. He knows the market and has helped us buy and sell multiple times. We met him when we first moved to Placentia and he was the selling agent. When we decided to sell that house, he became our selling agent and our purchasing agent for our move to Yorba Linda. He was patient with my questions and is diligent on every part of the process, large or small. He has a great team that he works with. My wife and I could not have been happier through all of our experiences with him.

This is the first that I have written a review on a realtor. David is one of the most responsible realtors that I ever had the pleasure to work with. We had an inspector performed an inspection on a property that we were interested in. The report suggested a fairly long list of deferred maintenance that were needed. In the past, the real estate would be very selective on their remedies. David took on the responsibility to tackle almost all the issues and did a good job on correct them at his own expense. In addition, he was very thorough and very fair on all his work in representing both parties on the sale of the property. Needless to say, the sale was completed very satisfactorily, even with a shorten escrow.
